Site Rules
For The Chipperfield Platinum Jubilee Event

  1. If anyone at the event is under 18 then they are, at all times, the responsibility of their Responsible Person over 18 who they came with.
  2. No unaccompanied under 16s to be allowed into Main Venue. No under 18s will be allowed in the Main Venue where the age event restriction is designated as 18+.
  3. Strictly no drugs or drug paraphernalia on Site – except for medical purposes. Anyone found in possession of drugs will be evicted from the Site and refused further entry to the event. Furthermore, all drug-related incidents will be dealt with by our Site Management Team and referred immediately to the Police.
  4. No glass to be brought into Main Venue at any time.
  5. No alcohol to be consumed by anyone under the age of 18 will be allowed at any time during the Chipperfield Platinum Jubilee Events on our Site.
  6. All vehicles must be parked responsibly and must not impinge or impede residential, commercial or emergency access. Vehicles will be required to park in designated car park areas, Blue Badge Holders will have access to a designated Disabled Carpark.
    Note: due to location parking is limited and is on a first come first serve basis.
  7. Valid tickets must be shown to enter Main Venue, where a concession ticket has been purchased proof of qualification maybe required, this however is at the discretion of the Main Venue Ushers.
  8. Main Venue seating is allocated and shown on your ticket and cannot be transferred or changed once ticket has been purchased.
  9. Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside buildings, marquees or individual tents.
  10. No on-site accommodation is permitted during the event.
  11. No pets/ animals are allowed in Main Venue with the exception of assistance dogs (Hearing, Seeing, Medical etc)
  12. No entry into any area that has been marked out of bounds by red and white tape and/ or fencing
  13. The Chipperfield Platinum Jubilee Event Committee does not operate any cancellation or refund scheme. Any refunds offered will be solely at the discretion of The Chipperfield Platinum Jubilee Event Committee.
  14. Filming and photography are not permitted during Main Venue
  15. Fluorescent jackets are only to be worn by Team members on duty.
  16. No BBQs, open flames or fires are permitted by Attendees at our events. Including gas stoves, bucket BBQs, disposable BBQs etc.
  17. All rubbish and recyclables must be placed in respective bins and/ or taken home and not left on Site.
  18. Anti -social or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated
  19. When arriving and departing Site, particularly if late at night, we kindly ask all Attendees to be quiet and considerate to our surrounding neighbours as to not disturb them.

Event Lost Property Policy

The Chipperfield Platinum Jubilee Event Committee will aim to not handle lost property. All Vendors, Exhibitors, Contractors, Team and Attendees bring their belongings to the event at their own risk. Any lost property that is handed in to the event will be passed to Control, who will keep it during the event. After the event lost property will be kept for 5 days and then disposed of appropriately.

Please note that there will be an event photographer present across our events, that will be documenting our events and celebrations for the future.
